Imparten sesión de psicología deportiva para padres y madres de atletas de La Paz
Se implementó una sesión de psicología deportiva para padres y madres de familia de deportistas iniciando con la disciplina de halterofilia en el municipio de La Paz, donde se tuvo una asistencia de alrededor de 15 participantes, informó el director Municipal del Deporte, Guillermo Ortalejo Hernández.
Comentó que el psicólogo deportivo, Rolando Cuevas, ha tenido acercamiento con deportistas y entrenadores de diversas disciplinas, incluyendo halterofilia, en esta ocasión se integraron padres y madres de familia al trabajo psicológico que se ha desarrollado a lo largo de estos tres meses.
“Dentro del trabajo que hacen los atletas tenemos que entender que es un proceso que tiene 3 pilares: ellos como deportistas con su compromiso y dedicación, entrenadores y el soporte que tienen en casa, es importante involucrar a papás y mamás para que vean lo valioso e importante que es su apoyo en el proceso de formación de un deportista” señaló.
Por último, Ortalejo Hernández enfatizó que los trabajos de psicología deportiva continuarán no solo para atletas, también para entrenadores junto con padres y madres de familia de las disciplinas que así lo requieran, “es importante que la Dirección Municipal del Deporte brinde las herramientas para una formación deportiva integral y con estos trabajos estamos contribuyendo para que así sea”.
